Why Evolve Equestrian?

You’re in the right place if you’re involved with horses.

An Integrated Cognitive Approach

Integrated cognitive therapy is for anyone who wants to make positive changes to their life. I take a collaborative, and educational approach deliberately designed so you are informed and in control. We incorporate Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Stress Inoculation Training (SIT), Time Line Therapy, Hypnosis, and Hypno-CBT.
